TRX STEP BACK LUNGE

Adjustment: Mid or Fully lengthened
Position: Stand Facing (SF) to the anchor point
Start: Arms extended in front of you at chest height, core engaged. Feet shoulder-width apart.
Movement: Step back with one leg, lowering your body until the back knee is nearly touching the floor. Keep your torso upright and control the movement.
Return: Push off with the back leg, returning to the starting position. Keep your arms extended in front of you throughout the movement.
