Adjustment: Mid or Fully lengthened
Position: Stand Facing Away (SFA) to the anchor point
Start: Extend your arms straight in front of you at chest height. Feet shoulder-width apart, core engaged.
Movement: Step forward with one leg, simultaneously spreading your arms out to the sides. Lower yourself until your back knee is nearly touching the floor.
Return: Push off with the forward leg, returning to the starting position. Bring your arms back together in front of you.
