TRX LOW ROW

Adjustment: Mid or Fully lengthened

Position: Stand Facing (SF) to the anchor point

Start: Grab the handles with both hands and lean backwards so that the ropes are taught and your body is at an angle. Let your arms extend out.

Movement: With your palms facing in towards each other pull yourself up to the handles. The handles should end up right under your chest.

Return: Release yourself back out. This completes one repetition.

Level: Easy
